In pursuit of efficient high quality printing machinery, Worldly develops machines featuring user friendly automatic operation and high stability of mechanical equipment made by specialized technology and deliberate design. Throughout the use of a central control system, including PLC control, human-machine touch screen interface and automatic alarm systems, technical operators can easily and accurately monitor the required printing quality. The splicing design is a collaboration of vertical and horizontal movement splicers, combined with tracking pressure rollers this design insures accurate and stable splicing. An Eco- Friendly Exhaust Heat Recycling system is specially built into the design, reducing high amounts of energy costs and also helps save the environmental at the same time.

Unwinding Unit

(1) Double shafts turret type with automatic positioning splicer. Composed of AC vector motors, the operating tension is controlled by pneumatically and low friction dancing roller.

(2) Individual vertical splicing device offers size free options while minimizing the accumulation of halfway used roll.

Rewinding Unit

(1) Double shafts turret type with automatic positioning splicer. Composed of AC vector motors and drives, the systems tension is controlled pneumatically by low friction dancer roller.

(2) Automatic Taper tensions can also be easily adjusted on the touch panel according to the different material specifications for curve, slope, or straight three setting modes.

(3) Auxiliary pressure roller prevents shifting and wrinkling when rewinding to maintain smooth and perfect even edge film.

(1) Two rolls press type with pneumatically adjustable pressure control.

(2) Tension controlled by low friction dancing roller between in-feed and first printing unit.

Gravure Printing Unit

(1) Shaft-less loading device by pneumatic holder for easy access while unloading and uploading printing cylinders.

(2) Ink transfer roll
An ink transfer roll is built between the ink tray and printing cylinder, providing an even spread of ink for maximum printing quality. In addition it circulates the ink and prevents spill when operating at high speeds.

(3) Doctor Blade Assembly
Pneumatic controlled doctor blade can be adjusted in three dimensions, the doctor blade groups are moving transversal and reciprocating, and drive speed ratio can be manual adjusted or synchronized with the printing cylinder to provide maximum printing effects and longer life.

Heat Recycling System

Worldly's printing press is equipped with an exhaust heat recycling system. Taking wasted heat from the top of the drying hood, this design is able to recover up to 30~35% of reusable energy, this recycling system can help reduce great production cost in long run manufacturing.

Vertical & Horizontal splicing device

The vertical auto positioning splicing device provides perfect splicing for all sized materiel rolls, without the restriction of splicing angles. Also with the capability of automatic splicing at full operating speed, this design minimizes the accumulation of materials, reducing production lost.

The rewinding unit features a disc plate double shaft design with automatic horizontal splicers. The Horizontal movement of the auxiliary pressure roller design insures the stability of splicing while operating at high speed, providing high quality tension control and neatly maintained material rolls. Touch rollers are also optional for the perfect winding performance.
